blog navigation bar where is it

  I have noticed on my main blog the navigation bar that says home- guestbook……. is not showing why would that be? it shows on my other blogs

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Currently the following themes have the custom menu feature > Twenty Ten, Structure, Vostok, Bueno, Enterprise, Notepad, Paperpunch, MistyLook, Under the Influence, Vigilance, Greyzed, Wu Wei, Blix, Cutline, Freshy, Contempt, Ambiru, Digg3, Koi, Modularity Lite, Coraline, and Oulipo.

  There are no items in your horizontal navigation bar and this suggests you have created a custom menu. See here please > http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/

  Alternatively dhave you done any CSS editing?

  oh yeah I did do something with the menu am i able to undo that?

  Go to Appearance > Menus from your dashboard and either re-select or edit your custom menu. Make sure to save it when you’re done.
