Hi, can someone tell me why my blog never comes up under the topic search “Dissociative identity disorder”? All of my posts are categorized or tagged with it. I’ve been blogging for over a month and still nothing. Can someone help? Has my blogg been flagged?

It could be that you are using too many tags and categories:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/global-tags/#missing-posts
1. You are using too many categories or tags. You don’t want irrelevant content showing up in the tag surfer or search, and neither do we. That’s why we limit the number of tags that can be used on a public tag listing. Five to 10 tags (or categories, or a combination of the two) is a good number to add to each of your posts. The more tags you use, the less likely it is that your post will be selected for inclusion in the global tag listings.
-
more specifically:
“Hello Old-Friend” and some earlier posts.drop the total number of tags down to ten or less, and it should probably add your posts back to the global tagging system.
-
Another point is that using duplicate tags and categories, such as “switching” is not useful. As far as Global Tags are concerned, tags and categories act the same way.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/categories-vs-tags/And some of your tags don’t really match with the words in your post:
“hospitalization, insiders, Mother, panic, self harm, self injury, switching”4. You are misusing the global tag feature. If you’ve been regularly using the Knitting tag on posts about Britney’s latest scandal, your blog might have been excluded from global tag listings for a while.
Other examples of misuse include:
Using misleading or irrelevant tags

Thanks, I’ve fixed a lot of them and still nothing… it never has shown up in the global topics. I am not sure how it works as others posts show up under the “dissociative identity disorder” global topics list every time they post yet they do not actually say “dissociative identity disorder” in every post they write. What else could I be doing wrong???

May I please draw you attention to three important points?
1. Staff have an alogrithm and it will randomize the display of posts on global tags pages.
Lately we are experiencing new bloggers who think that WordPress.com global tag pages act as a blog directory but that’s not the case at all. There are far too may posts being published every minute for each and every one to be displayed on the first page of for any tag for a nanosecond like a flash in the dark. There are 31 million blogs on WordPress.com with a very large percentage using the most popular tags. WordPress com have never guaranteed that every blog post will appear on the front page of that global tag listing. If they did, that would amount to approximately 7 pages of posts made in the last 1 minute.2. WordPress.com global tag pages do not drive a significant amount of traffic to blogs and have never done so. The traffic flow from them is negligible.
3. It’s the search engine page results to indexed content in Google and other search engines like Bing that do deliver a significant flow of traffic to blogs. Their search spiders detect keywords and keyword phrases in your content. I think your best investment of time and energy is learning how search engines work, how to use them effectively, and which keywords and keyword phrases your target audience searches for.
