Blog "next post" and "last post" links don't work properly – Please help!

Hello,
I’m wondering how I may be able to get someone’s attention with my post.
I have gone back to the designer of our site and he has also referred to wordpress support with no success.Here is the problem code:

It looks like you are using a self hosted version of WordPress for your site.
This forum is for WordPress.com sites support.You would need to start a thread at http://wordpress.org/support/
They will be able to support you much better there.
