Blog not accessible via domain

I’m able to access the dashboard and admin functions but can bring up my blog to view it (Google Chrome and IE 11 both time out). No hits at all today, and all was fine until (and including) yesterday.
I’ve checked and the domain appears to be mapped and paid for until December, so I’ve not run afoul of you, as far as I know. What’s happened? Please help. Thank you!

I just checked again and even though I had paid for the domain mapping in December of last year, there’s a message that my mapping is “expiring” December 2013.
Here’s my receipt:

It came back for a while (domain mapping worked with both canningnovascotia.com and canningnovascotia.ca) and now not working again. Please help!

Still no luck. I’ve tried making changes to the primary domain, forwarding the domain, etc.
What I’d like to accomplish seems simple:
1) Have visitors who click on canningnovascotia.ca come to canningnovascotia.wordpress.com and see “canningnovascotia.ca” in their browser.
2) Have visitors who click on canningnovascotia.com come to canningnovascotia.wordpress.com and see “canningnovascotia.com” in their browser.
I’ve already spent hours looking for info and trying various possibilities. I’d really appreciate your help. Thank you!
