  Hello, Our blog suddenly stopped appearing in our member’s e-mailboxes. Can you help us get that back on track?

  To check, are you the subscribers not receiving emails when a new post is published?

  If yes, are you able to provide the email addresses that are not receiving these please.

  Only WordPress.com staff will be able to see the email addresses.

  They are not receiving emails when a new post is published, that is correct.

  And there are too many email addresses to list.

  We need to see some examples of people not getting the emails so we can analyze and troubleshoot the problem.

  You don’t need to add them all – just three or four will do.
