Blog not available – breach of terms …?

Hi my blog is no longer available for being in breach of terms and conditions … not sure why. I used a different background which I bought with a licence from Shutterstock.com. Is that not allowed?

If you have already contacted Staff, the ToS department definitely received your request. Please be patient as they’ll be getting back to you as soon as they can.
Mistakes can be made but as a policy, we are asked to refrain from discussing ToS issues on the public forums.
