Blog not available error message

    WE are receiving the following error message on the Blog site:
    ‘The HAPS Blog’ is not available at the domain hapsblog.org right now. There’s a problem with this domain. If you are the site owner, please log into your WordPress.com account for more information.

    When logging into WordPress we can find no error messages or indication of anything wrong.

    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    When you attempt to access the site hapsblog.org, it gives you the follow message: hapsblog.org isn’t working! Oh no! ‘The HAPS Blog’ is not available at the domain hapsblog.org right now. There’s a problem with this domain. If you are the site owner, please log into your WordPress.com account for more information.

    Please tell us how to bring the blog back online.

    Hi there!

    The site is not accessible because the domain and the WordPress.com Premium plan have expired about four days ago. You need to log into the WordPress.com account (which was originally used to pay for the domain and the Premium plan) and head over to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases → click on the subscriptions → click Renew Now.

    Please make sure to renew the domain as soon as possible, as the domain can become costlier to get back in the future.

    Also, you won’t be able to renew the domain using the account you’re logged into. You will need to log into the other account (or if someone else paid for the site, they need to log into their account).
