Blog Not Displaying Properly

  HELP! My blog has always looked great and the way the theme is suppose to look however today something changed and now it doesn’t display the way it should. The only thing that I’ve done is posted a blog post today. Other than that no changes have been made. The main difference is that my main page is showing my blog posts and has a left sidebar up which shouldn’t be there. I need this resolved ASAP as I have clients who are looking at my site! Thanks in advance for any help, much appreciated.
