Blog not found?

  My blog address is showing as not found – both the home page and links to individual posts. Any ideas?

  Is http://blog.artscroll.com/ the blog in question?
  If it is the Admin login link is http://blog.artscroll.com/wp-admin/

  You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.

  Clicking this link should display all your blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden

  Thanks for the reply.

  I can log in to: http://artscroll.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ but then I cant get onto the blog itself.

  Now I see that I can access it on my phone – but not on my computer. I tried both chrome and IE – one is logged onto my account and one isn’t – and neither work.

  Well that’s strange indeed. Please report back on what follows as I’ve tagged this thread for Staff attention.

  1. If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.

  2. If you are using an IE browser in compatibility mode please disable that mode. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1196-internet-explorer-compatibility-view-turn-off.html

  3. If you are running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/

  (a) Try clearing your browser’s cache http://www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=32050

  If applicable see here for instructions on how to clear the cache for Chrome and Safari on the iPad:

  5. Try using another browser.

  (a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.
  (b) Exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://www.whatbrowser.org/
  (c) Exactly what you experience including what any error reports you receive state.

  I did all of the above, and it still won’t work.

  Using latest version of chrome (tried latest version of IE too).

  Error:

  Oops! Google Chrome could not find blog.artscroll.com

  Try reloading: blog.­artscroll.­com

  Please help!

  The blog appears to be working for me across all major browsers, plus my smartphone. Are you still having issues in seeing the site?

  http://gunsandgoldpawnshop.com/ is not is not being hosted by WordPress.COM and we do not provide support for it here. You are posting to the wrong support forum.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate, have different log-ins and run different versions of some themes with same names. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and not for WordPress.org software installs. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.
