blog not found

  New blog appears as “not found”. It has the blog name and the “Smile! You’re at the best WordPress.com site ever”. I don’t know how to make the blog official. One page appears at the top with the name I gave it: “who we are”.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  worldcitizen4.wordpress.com is no longer available.
  The authors have deleted this blog.

  When we delete a blog it’s gone forever and the URL cannot be recycled and reused by anyone. Please post an active link starting with http:// to the new blog you are referring to. Also note that deleting the Hello World placeholder post result in a 404 (page not found) error message which will disappear as soon as you publish a post, not a page.
