  i have another account related to another email address. The problem is that I cannot access with that email address, neither the url of the blog is recognised as it, even if the blog is published and accessible by Internet. Please can you help me to recover the access to my other occount and blog? I don’t know if I can publish here in the forum the related date of my blog not found and the related email and account… Thanks in advance, Hester

  The url is http://estrellavasco.wordpress.com/

  It is the blog I have created some years ago to my mother, and I am who manage her blog from her account.

  Hi Hester,

  Do you have the API key saved somewhere? (It was sent with the welcome email to the email address that originally created the blog.)

  If not, my best suggestion is to try various passwords with the username or email address at the top of the WordPress.com home page as a logged–out visitor.
