blog not live but paid for renewal 2 days ago

  Hi there,
  I paid to renew my domain 2 days ago, but it is still not and running. I continue to get a black screen with a message that says the domain has expired and I must pay the $13.00 to turn it back on. I have a receipt from Paypal saying my payment went thru just fine 2 days ago.
  Any ideas as to what might be going on or how I can get my site turned on???
