Blog not loading
-
My blog will not upload properly and I can only see a text version of it.
I have cleared all cookies, cache, etc.
When I take my laptop to another location, eg cafe, I can view the page – but from home, it won’t load properly. -
In order to help you we need to know your specific computing environment details. Please work through what follows and report back.
1. If you are not running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ please try upgrading or switching first.

3. You can use this link to see if your flash is up to date. http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ If it’s not then go to http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ and download and install the latest version of flash.
4. Try using another browser. Do not use an Internet Explorer browser as an IE Browser Exploit that affects all versions of Internet Explorer from 6 to 11 has been discovered. http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2014/04/29/ie-browser-exploit-discovered/
5. If you are not successful let us know:
(a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.
(b) Exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://www.whatbrowser.org/
(c) Exactly what you experience including what any error reports you receive state. -
Thanks. Nothing seems to fix it.
The site works fine from this computer on other connections so it has to be something to do with my provider. It started working which is how I got back into this thread now, but now it seems to have gone again, so I am not sure if I can submit this post but I’ll try!

It does not look like @tinders issue is related to the TalkTalk issue we’ve just seen pop up again. However, if WordPress.com is not working at a single location but works elsewhere on the same machine, that does sound like a connection issue.
@tinders, if you are still having these issues, please provide the information justjennifer requested, as well as a traceroute, as explained here:
