Blog not Posting in Path

I linked my site to Path but whenever I post its not sharing in Path. I have disconnect and connected my Profile but still the same issue.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Our logs show a server error when we try to publicize your posts to Path, so it looks like there’s something wrong on their end that’s preventing the posts from going through.
Are you able to post to Path from other services? And when did this start happening?

Okay. When you reconnected, did you disconnect Path both here and in their settings, or only here?
If only here, please go to Settings ->Sharing and disconnect again. Then log into Path and go to your settings there. There should be an Apps option or an Authorised connections option, or something similar in their system. Look for WordPress there and disconnect it.
Then clear your browser cache and cookies, log back into both sites, and reconnect. If your next post again fails to publicize to Path, please let me know without changing anything in your sharing settings.

If I look at the most recent post in WP-Admin the Path option shows as unchecked, while Facebook, Twitter and G+ are checked. In the My Sites editor it shows the exact opposite.
Can you please confirm how the boxes were checked at the time you published? If you can remember :)
You mention that it’s posting to Path from other accounts. Can you please give the URL of a site where Publicize to Path is working? That way I can compare the connections between the two.
