Blog not recognized by support

I have been trying to send an email to wordpress.com support using the online form. I enter all of my information, hit submit, and get an error message that my blog is not recognized. I’m directed to wordpress.org. The frustrating thing is that my blog url is prefilled by wordpress, and can’t be edited.
As background, I got a message that my site had a virus, and I’m trying to access to fix it. I can only access my profile, and I get a password error message when I try to enter my site account.
Please help!

As the support bot says, you are in the wrong forum. Self-hosted blogs are supported at wordpress.ORG. You can post in their forums and then hopefully get an answer, but do a search over there first since virtually all questions have already been answered several times.
The do not have a contact form over there since they do not offer support via email.
