Blog not showing up in google

  Hi!
  My blog will not show up in google. I’ve added it to google search console and then followed the steps to add the meta description to my site. I did this back in November, but it still won’t show up. I must have entered something wrong. Now I’m not even sure how to find my meta description (or where I put it to begin with) so I could start over. Can someone please help??. Thank you

  This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  This means our support is limited.

  What are you putting into Google exactly?

  Oh ok! I’m sorry! Should I post it somewhere else?
  I’ve typed my blog web address, name of blog etc (several different ways) in google and nothing pulls up my exact blog.

  Hello there,

  A good place to troubleshoot and get help with this site would be on: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  It can take up to 8 weeks for search engines to crawl and index a site generally speaking. Something I’ve noticed is that the site doesn’t have a robots.txt file: https://delightfullybookedblog.com/robots.txt

  You may want to create one for the site: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/advanced/robots/intro
