  After re-setting the password twice, Blog is not opening, pl. give a solution. Thanks.

  That’s not the link for your blog, it’s a link to the WP admin section. Your username links to this to.

  Please could you give us a link to your actual blog like this:

  http://BLOGNAME.wordpress.com

  Did you sign up for a blog when you registered, or did you just get a username?
