  how will i know how many followers i have on my blog

  Hi, hitunu!

  You can view your followers by clicking on the My Sites tab in the header (on the WordPress.com page). There you can have a look at the stats for your primary site and also, by clicking the Insights link at the top of the page and scrolling down to the bottom of the page in the module titled Followers, you can check the total number of your followers, as well as a list of some of the more recent followers.
