Unfortunately I deleted my blog yesterday ‘objectifbirmanie.wordpress.com’ without knowing that this would have an effect on another website which I imported photos and texts on this blog (link of photos I suppose).
Is it possible to restore this blog?

I’m sorry but what you ask for is not possible as you ignored all the warnings and deleted the site https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/, rather than emptying it https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/
Deleting a blog URL is not easily done and multiple warnings that deletion is intended to be permanent and non-reversible are given all along the way. An email with a link in it that must be clicked to delete the site is sent and if clicked the URL is gone.
Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and the only exceptions are made are for URLs that were deleted 2 or more years ago. http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/
You can register another .wordpress.com blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/
Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.
