Blog or Website?

  Hi,
  I am new to WordPress. I thought I was creating an account to start a trial website but all I am seeing is about Blogs.
  Have I gone wrong somewhere?
  I have also taken the Business upgrade & now I wonder if I should have done.
  Please let me know my status & point me in the right direction.
