  How can I contact with blog owner in wordpress? That’s really important.

  Which blog? Some people have Contact forms, put their email in the sidebar, or write an About page with the contact details.

  If the blog doesn’t have any of those things, leave a comment. That will include your email in it, so they can get ahold of you if what you say is compelling enough.

  As a last resort – and only if you have tried other methods and failed – you could contact WordPress.com support with a message and a return email address and ask them to pass it on to the blog owner.
