Hi,
When using a static front page, tt’s best to have another page assigned as the blog page, though you needn’t have any posts published nor provide a link to the blog page.
Hide the blog page:
If you’re using a default pages menu, then replace it with a custom menu, not including a link to the blog page in the menu items. See the Custom Menus support page. -
Staff,
After my last post this topic was bumped up in the support forum as if a response to OP had been made, but the post count remains “1” freshness still reads “12 hours,” suggesting there has yet to be a single response to the OP, and that my first post here might have been marked as spam. The post count is also “1” on my forum profile page.

@musicdoc1, your reply appears in the forum just fine. To make sure, just view the thread in an incognito window. What you’re describing is the caching issue that we’re aware of. If it happens, try doing a hard refresh (cmd-R/Ctrl-F5), and if that doesn’t help it means our site cache needs to refresh instead, which happens at least once an hour.

List views are cached more heavily, so I could see that. If you have more feedback on that, let’s open a new thread or an email, etc. though so as to not pester the OP.
