  Why if the blog page is under free button i am not allowed to use it?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I have chosen a template under free blog templates however the free template shows in another window and does not allow me to change the content information in the page, I have also uploaded a picture but it is blurry, loses quality and does not look good? There is no buttons to change the text information in the page either?
