Blog page arrangement

    I need to rearrange my blog page. I would like for my photo galleries to be moved to the top? Can I do that? People are visiting my blog and saying they don’t see my prices and they are on the captions of my pictures on the right column.
    When I go to my blog on my husbands computer the photo galleries and column to the right do not show up. I’m wondering if everyone is not seeing them????
