Blog page does not display correctly

Why doesn’t my blog page display properly? It shows a link, a bunch of blank space, and the media that was inserted into the blog page. If I click the link the page refreshes and all of the text appears. I would prefer the text too simply appear as someone lands on the blog page.
My site is patrickkellystories.com and the blog page is labelled Austin Fiction

The good news is that I have no problem viewing your site.
That makes me wonder if you are experiencing a browser issue.
