  When viewing my individual blog posts, how do I change the page template so that I don’t see the ‘Hours & Info’ and ‘Search’ elements in the left navigation?

  If you wish to not show a sidebar at all, you can go here then click on Widets>Sidebar and delete the widgets you see there: https://wordpress.com/customize/
