Blog page instead of admin returns to wp com page

Just happened to one of my blogs
Instead of http://grhomeboy.wordpress.com the link either via my dashboard or from wordpress.com [copy shortcut] is http://randallqueries.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ and when hit it takes me to wordpress.com main page. This happens only to my grhomeboy.wordpress.com blog, NOT in the other 3 blogs I also maintain.
Any suggestion?

PS > Sorry for posting again, but since no editing previous post available, must also say that when accessing “new post” from dashboard, page also directs to randallqueries, so I cannot post.

same thing is happening to me…really don’t know what’s going on. Now, both my blogs can’t be accessed.

This is a backend issue that would have to be fixed by the staff as they are the only ones with access to fix it! I would try logging out and logging back in after clearing all cookies and your browser cache. If that still doesn’t get it, maybe send a support request to:

I’m experiencing this problem as well with my Sony Ericsson blog only. Not my MobileXpert blog. When trying to access it links to http://imageport.wordpress.com/wp-admin/ and just returns to the homepage of WordPress.
Clearing all cookies and cache doesn’t work.

michellbak, timethief is just suggesting you get your request in time to fix it before having to wait for Monday ;) Mark is aware of these issues and is fixing the requests as they come in, so fire away!

YAY! You made it under the wire. No problem about the misunderstanding. It’s hard not to read stuff into cyberspace communications and our presumptions are usually quite wrong. Have a great weekend. :)

I can’t remember his name, but a Canadian professor or educator said, “communication is a miracle.” That’s even more true when all we have to go on is letters on a screen.

Totally off-topic:
This is not in direct reference to this OP but I have noted that people can imagine all kinds of things like “abuse” or “offense” in online communications when none is intended at all.We are slaves to our egos in bondage to false pride. What we conveniently forget is that choosing to be offended is equally as unhealthy as deliberately choosing to offend is. Yet, in our societies and in cyberspace as well, those who choose to take offense are often considered to be “nice people” when, in fact, they are neurotic. And any person who has surpassed the age of 30 has had the experience of observing neurotic people excel at using their weakness and societal conventions to control the strong.
Somethings we all learn very wuickly in cyberspace forums like these is:
no one can please everyone all of the time;
familiarity breeds contempt; and
ego and false pride fertilize imaginations. -
I apologize for the typo above but all of my fingers do not work well and the “q” and “w” keys are side by side.

If anyone else has any problems on this issue, please just send the requests into staff and they can fix you up. I don’t want this topic to go any further off-topic since this is the only issue that might still be affecting users.

Hello to all,
After contacting support [yesterday Friday, local Greek time] this morning [Saturday, local Greek time] everything has been fixed. My blog works fine, so I will mark this thread as “Resolved”.
While I do thank the wp support team for their excellence, I would also like to remind all other co-bloggers and friends at wp.com to contact support, whenever assistance is needed. Thank you guys and have a great weekend!
