Blog Page Non-Existent

  When users click on our blog page it states that the page is non existent, however, when the site admins click on the blog page we can still see all of the posts. The url of the blog page available to users is ‘.com/category/blog’ and says the page is non existent, and the page that shows up for the site admins is ‘.com/blog’ which has all of the blog posts on it. What should we do to fix this issue and make our blog posts available to users of our website?
