blog page – posts out of order

  front page of my blog use to show the most recent posts – now seems completely out of order and not showing my most recent post first either on the page or the sidebar – any ideas?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Have you set any of the posts as sticky? If so, unsticky them. Did you import posts recently? Those can get scrambled, and you need to edit the timestamp on them to get them in the correct order.

  I haven’t imported post recently – I did unstick but it didn’t help – the front page is showing oldest first down to recent rather than shown recent to oldest – however if I click on an individual category the category shows from recent to oldest – how do you edit the timestamp to get blogs in correct order?

  You shouldn’t have to edit the timestamp so the blog shows newest on top; that should be automatic. But you can go to Edit post, and the timestamp is on the right hand side at the top.

  Your posts are out of order because you’ve set 26 of them as stickies. As raincoaster said, you just need to unsticky them.

  I’m having the same exact problem with my post and I’ve had well over 26 sticky posts for a long time. It won’t even allow me to save a post as a sticky and none of my posts that have been set sticky are listed as sticky under my postings
