Why is it when I posted my first blog, and went view as a reader the the page was great. It had all the Like buttons showing, the place for comments, it was all there. A few minures later I went back on it and the Like buttons were gone, the comment window is gone, there is an edit at the bottom left to click and it opens me up to my personal edit window. The button at the very top left corner that has my user name, allows any reader to go to my dashboard and all the other controls. It didn’t have that on the first view, I don’t know how it changed, and I can’t get it fixed. I CERTAINLY don’t reader to be able to control my page. Can you tell me what I need to do?

You don’t need to do anything.
    1) The Like/Share buttons and the reply field show up on the single-post view, not the main posts page. Compare:

    http://goingtothejohn.wordpress.com/2012/06/22/going-to-my-first-car-show/
(If you want the Like/Share buttons on the main page as well, you can set that in Settings > Sharing.)
    2) The grey admin bar is user specific, not blog specific: if I use the “top left corner” button while visiting your blog, it will take me to my dashboard, not yours.
    3) No one can see the “Edit” link except you when logged in.
