Blog Page URL Mismatch

I was rearranging some pages on my blog/website and I seem to have ‘lost’ a page.
When you go to pocketsofstillness.com, the page you land on is my blog feed but when you click ‘Blog’ in the main menu you don’t get anything.
I would like it so that pocketsofstillness.com lands on my home page (the static front page of the Sela theme, which you get when you click ‘Home’ in the main menu) and the Blog page is the page of all my posts.
Any thoughts on what I might have done? I think it might be b/c I ‘trashed’ the original front page thinking I would make the blog the front page only to realize that can’t be done in this theme. But not sure how to get it all back.

I would like it so that pocketsofstillness.com lands on my home page (the static front page of the Sela theme, which you get when you click ‘Home’ in the main menu) and the Blog page is the page of all my posts.
At Reading Settings (https://pocketsofstillness.com/wp-admin/options-reading.php) change the static page to display as your front page to the “Home” page, http://pocketsofstillness.com/home/, and change the posts page to the static page titled “Blog,” http://pocketsofstillness.com/blog/. After doing so, the site will open on the same page that the “Home” tab links to, and the “Blog” menu item will link to the posts or blog page.
You might also wish to add a site title at the General Settings page, or at Customize > Site Title & Tagline.
