blog pages

so I started the blog because thought it may be of some interest to people what I am doing. I didn’t realise it would be so stressful. The essence of it it is that I have written new pages rather than new posts. Assuming that I am quite thick, could you advise me how I can convert my pages into posts. I have tried various cutting and pasting options but hey ho, no success.
