blog payment cancelled, no refund came yet

    Hello, I have cancelled the payment for my blog brnakvove.wordpress.com but I did not receive the refund, yet.

    Can you please check it for me?

    It looks like this ticket is tagged to have WordPress.com staff take a look at this for you. However, in the meantime, I might be able to provide some information that is helpful.

    After processing a refund it will typically take about 10 business days for the refund to show up in the account you used for the original payment. Credit cards and international refunds can take even longer. If you requested the refund within that timeframe, not to worry, you should receive the refund shortly. If it has been longer than 10 business days since you requested the refund, the WordPress.com staff should be able to provide some additional details.

    Hi brnakvove,

    I’ve checked your account and we refunded $35.88 on 07-Sep-2017. There is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History here:

    https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show on your statement, so you can expect to receive the money around that time.
