Blog photo won't update

Hi! I have been trying to change my blog photo for a while, and feel like I’ve tried everything. My avatar has been updated, I’ve tried removing photos and re-adding them, and given it a few hours to update and it still hasn’t. I have even tried changing themes. I’m getting frustrated.
Is there something I am doing wrong? Any help you could provide would be spectacular.
