  Hi,

  I am trying to change the blog picture, but changes are not saved. I describe the steps that I followed

  I had a blog picture then I removed the old blog picture. I waited to the image was again the “W” of WordPress. I am trying to upload a new blog since 4 days ago but never appears my new blog picture.

  Can you try heading over to your Dashboard -> Settings -> General and uploading your photo in the “Blog Picture / Icon” module?

  If you’ve already tried uploading your photo this way, would you mind letting me know what Internet browser and the file type of your image?

  Hi,

  I had tried always uploading my photo from “Dashboard -> Settings -> General”
  Also I have cleaned cache and cookies

  Internet browser: Firefox 6.0.2
  Image:
  · Type of file: JPEG Image
  · Width: 600
  · Height 401
  · Horizontal Resolution 96 dpi
  · Vertical Resolution 96 dpi

  Could you try making the image smaller and letting me know if that works? The Blavatar works best at 128 x 128 pixels.

  If the problem persists, would you mind sending us an email with the image attached?
