  Should be simple, but I cannot seem to get my Blog Picture icon to appear on my page? I uploaded it to the General Settings section of the site and it appears there as a thumbnail; I cannot, however find any way to get it to show up. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

  Show up where? It is showing up, in the address bar of your browser and in the grey admin bar of your blog.
