  Although I have changed my blog picture/icon three times over the last few weeks, when a blog is automically shared to Facebook, the image that accompanies it is the blog picture/icon from over a year ago. How do I get rid of it? As I have already said, I erased that picture and have replaced it a few times since. Yet it is always the old picture that accompanies my shared posts to Facebook.

  Hi there!

  It sounds like something is still being retained on Facebook’s end. Can you try these two things?

  1. Flushing your FB cache but disconnect from FB first http://umairj.com/146/how-to-clear-facebook-shares-cache/

  2. The full reconnect procedure again detailed at http://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/#reconnecting-facebook including step 3 (removing the FB app), which is probably the most important step.
