    Pictures I attached to some posts are no longer visible and the space is blank. What happened and what can I do?

    Thanks for responding. The 9/13/14 post at coupleu.me no longer has a photo attached to it and neither do the prior posts. It’s a mystery to me.

    I’m able to see two images on that post. Here’s screenshots:

    I checked the post revisions and I’m not able to find a record of images other than the two I took screenshots of being attached to that post.

    Can I confirm if that’s the post you’re referring to? If not, could you send me a direct link of the one you mean? Thanks!

    Yes. When I go to this post on coupleu.me, I see two blank spaces for photos but I don’t see the photo’s. I went to cloud.com and saw one of the photo’s. Any thoughts on this?

    Hi Chris.

    If the screenshots I sent you are of the correct photos, then they’re showing up on my end, which indicates something on your end is blocking them.

    Could you check to see whether you’re able to see the photos on that post in another browser, such as Google Chrome?

    If you’re able to see the photos in another browser then it’s could be a browser extension causing this block. Have you recently installed any extensions? If you’re using Safari you can check by going to Safari > Preferences > Extensions. Try turning all extensions off and, if that resolves this, turning them on one by one to find the problematic extension.
