Blog picture – module missing

  Hello!

  I have found several topics about HOW TO upload a favicon/blavatar on a WordPress blog. Seems very easy.
  BUT, on our blog there is no “Blog picture” module where it suppose to be: Settings > General. On the right side it is just empty. We have used the theme “Stars”, might it have something to do with that?

  OR how can one out back the actual module “Blog picture” into General Settings?

  Oh, oops, sorry. I didn’t know there was a difference between .com and .org…
