Blog Picture Not Displaing

  My blog picture (Blavatar?) Has not been displaying for a month now, it isn’t my browser problem, I have tried multiple browsers on multiple devices, the link is just broken no matter what picture I upload. I think wordpress needs to clear the cache somehow because it is stuck on that same jpeg file name, but not displaying it.

  Are you not able to see my comments? You keep activating threads that are either duplicates that I clearly tagged as such or you are replying to threads I have already posted into.
