Blog picture not showing

  1.It has been 2 days and the very first one is still showing up????

  2. By the way, my gravatar has been having some problems as well. It has been showing up in my profile and in my comments but it is not showing up in the sidebar in the widget ‘Authors’?

  Any ideas?
