How do I change my blog picture, slogan, and name?

  I have a problem since I don’t manage to change my blog picture and blog name and slogan?

  Can you help me?

  You can change your blog title and subtitle in General Settings (Settings > General).

  You can customize your header image in your Appearance settings (Appearance > Header).
