Add topic to favorites
I changed my Blog Picture/Icon on general settings sometime ago but my old one still shows up when I post a link on Facebook. How do I get it to change?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Have you searched the forums? I find that this is a long standing problem when I search. Are you using Publicize? http://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/
Publicize isn’t customizable. Manually posting to FB via your Sharing buttons works better and allows you to choose the image.

I have searched the forums but the only response I have found is that it takes time. I changed my image about 5 days ago. I do manually post on facebook but the only option it gives me is the old image.

OOPS! I’m sorry for repeating. The blavatar is the favicon displayed on the upper browser bar. Is your blavatar the same image as your gravatar image?

I’m not talking about publicize. When I MANUALLY post a link to my blog the only image that is available is the old one that I changed 5 days ago.

No they are different. The blavatar is the one that I am having difficulties with. It is the old image that I changed.

Crop and resize your image to 128px x 128px ahead of time and save that image. Then upload that image as your gravatar. Save it as either a PNG or as a JPG, but I prefer PNG as they seem to retain more detail when it comes to blavatars.
