Blog Picture/Icon is missing

  I had uploaded a picture of myself as my Blog Picture/Icon and when I put the shortcut on all of the desktops in my Computer Lab, my picture was the icon. It worked great especially for my Kindergarteners when I said, “Click on my picture to get to my website”. But then all of a sudden one day it was gone and replaced with the WordPress Icon. I’ve tried uploading the picture again and it doesn’t work. The strange thing is that it is still on some of the desktops, but gone from several of them. Can you help me with this.
