Blog Pictures Disappeared

Help!! I’m trying to make a blog book and I just noticed that some of my pictures starting back in June 2009 have disappeared. There are blank spots where they once were. How do I get them back?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Are the missing images ones your uploaded into your Media Library? And, id so, are they still in your Media Library?
Are the missing images being hosted by a third party image hosting site like Flickr or PhotoBucket?
Are the missing images ones located on other sites that you “hotlinked” to? “Hotlinking” (also called “hot linking”and “bandwidth theft”) is a term referring to when a web page of one website owner is direct linking to the images or other multimedia files on the web host of another website owner (usually without permission, thus stealing bandwidth). -
Will you also please post active links starting with http:// to the posts the images are not longer displaying in so we can examine them?

I “moved” my blog from blogsome to wordpress. When it was on blogsome, I would get my pictures from Snapfish just by copying and pasting; however, I’m pretty sure everything was there when I moved it over to wordpress. http://thecathcarts.wordpress.com/2009/06/, http://thecathcarts.wordpress.com/2009/08/

I checked you images. The images are not in the blog as they are being hosted on the snapfish site. All that’s in your posts are links to the images on the snapfish servers and the snapfish site is timing out so the images are not displaying. Example:
http://images2d.snapfish.com/232323232%7Ffp536%3B5%3Enu%3D3252%3E%3B9%3B%3E535%3EWSNRCG%3D32%3C65%3B88%3B%3B32%3Bnu0mrj -
That’s weird because I did all of the pictures the same way. So why is it that certain ones are gone? Is there anything that I can do to get them back on there other than going thru all of my pictures (which I no longer have saved on this computer) and uploading them again?

I’m not clear on why some are affected and others are not. Hoever, I think it may have something to do with coding. Please try this first and see it it works for you.
Go to Settings > Writing and select “ ___ WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML automatically” and then scroll down and click “Save Changes.”
Starting with your latest post, open it in the editor, make one minor change such as adding a space and then deleting it, and then click “Update Post.” Check your blog and see if it is back to normal.

I’m so sorry but I have no more ideas other than capturing the images on the snapfish site and uploading them into your blog. Note that I have flagged this thread for Staff attention.

Thank you. One more thing. . . what is the easiest way to get the images from snapfish to wordpress. I haven’t figured it out since switching from blogsome.

I had never even been to the snapfish site before you posted and I don’t have an answer to your question.
