Blog Platform Doesn't Have Spell Check???

    I think it’s absolutely nuts that a platform for writing and blogging doesn’t have the most basic function of spell-check. Please put the spell-check function back in. How can they market themselves as a blogging website when they can’t address such a fundamental part of writing?
    Even being able to spell-check general vocabulary, not necessarily novel words, would be so much more helpful than having nothing at all. It’s been very frustrating having to copy and paste everything somewhere else to check spelling. Plug-ins like Grammarly don’t even work on WordPress.

    I totally get your point. I enquired about the same thing some time ago, I really wanted to use Grammarly and I got this response https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/can-i-use-grammarly/
    Feel free to check it out maybe it works, personally, I don’t like using a lot of extensions on my browser so I went a different way and use google docs for drafting my posts and Grammarly works perfectly. You don’t have to copy and paste anything, you save your post as a draft and then make necessary adjustments in the editor before publishing.Here is a guide for this https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-com-add-on-for-google-docs/
