Blog Post

Hello, I have a blog post that I worked on and when I clicked ‘publish’ not all of it is showing on the blog page. I’m confused because it’s not like parts of it weren’t saved, if I go to the dashboard and see my post, it’s all there, but when viewing it on the website it’s missing parts. It doesn’t make sense … please help.

  • Hi @tiffieb123, could you send a link to the site you’re having trouble with?

Please note these forums are for the sites hosted and managed here at WordPress.com. For help with a site hosted somewhere else, you’ll need to use the forums for self-managed WordPress installations instead.

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

In fact in this case, I’d reach out to support to your theme, since it’s likely a setting or part of the theme’s design.

    Hi @supernovia!

    Here’s the website: https://caffup2winedown.com/what-do-you-really-need-for-the-hospital/

Here’s what’s missing on the website but is in the post on my WordPress account:

    Amazon offers with good reviews:
Always Discreet Boutique – these are hands down my favorite & the softest
Always Discreet Underwear – similar to the boutique version, just didn’t seem quite as soft
Amazon Solimo Protective Underwear – I have not tried these but they look quite similar and have great reviews!
    2. Personal Items
For me, it was nice having my own personal items to use, but as I said the hospital typically does have everything you could need. When I realized that I forgot my deodorant, they did give me one; however, I personally thought the quality wasn’t the best and still felt smelly and sweaty so I ended up wiping my husband’s and using that. So, some key personal things to bring would be:
Deodorant – link to one of my favorites!

  • Oh, I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.

Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

You can look for help at the community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

http://wordpress.org/support/ is also a great resource for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software.
