I have been editing a blog post since yesterday, but I wasn’t able to publish it. I refreshed the page and the only draft that has been saved was last night 21 hours ago meaning I have now lost all of what I input.
Why wasn’t my draft auto saving and is there anyway I can get it back ?

There are several reasons why your draft may not have been auto-saving. One possible reason could be due to an unstable internet connection. When there is a disruption in your internet connection, your draft may not be saved correctly.
Another reason could be due to a browser issue. If you are using an outdated browser or have too many tabs open, it may affect the auto-save function.
Also, have you tried clearing your browser cache? It’s a simple step that can often help resolve issues. To clear your cache, follow these easy steps: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache.
I suggest checking your revision history to help you find your lost content. Simply click on the “Revisions” option located on the right-hand side of the post editor. This will display all the previous versions of your post, including the one you were working on before it disappeared. From there, you can choose the version you want to restore and click on the “Restore This Revision” button.
To learn more about restoring from revisions, check out this helpful guide: https://wordpress.com/support/editors/page-post-revisions/
I hope this helps!
