Good Morning – Scheduled Posts will post to the blog after you have had a visitor to the site on that day. They work more accurately on sites with higher traffic volumes. The post publish date/time will show as you have set them even if it doesn’t publish until hours later. Let me know if I can help you out further with this.

The software is working exactly the way lizkarkoski stated above. Scheduled posts are triggered for publication by the first visitor to your site after the scheduled date and time.
Our blogs display posts in reverse chronological order, unless there is a timezone issue or a sticky posts issue.
The default timezone is UTC time. You can reset your timezone here > Settings > General Select the closest city to you in the same timezone in the drop-down menu you see there and then click “save changes”.
Edit the post, change the datestamp in the Publish module, and click Update.
All Posts are found here > Dashboard > Posts > All Posts
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php
*replace “/NAME_OF_BLOG” with the actual name of your blogYou hover over the title of the post and click the Edit link, then edit the datestamp in the Publish module and click update.
Note that you can examine these images so you see how to edit posts and change datestamps and timestamps where required.
