  You can look at the Trashed section (https://wordpress.com/posts/trashed) to recover the deleted blog posts.

  Here is a detailed guide on how this works. https://en.support.wordpress.com/trash/

  If the post is permanently deleted (removed from Trash too), there are no chances of recovering the blog post.
